The Audit Group will achieve this through:

1. Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements:
       Meeting or exceeding all applicable health, safety, and environmental      legal and other obligatory requirements to which The Audit Group is subject. Where adequate laws and regulations do not exist, we will adopt our own standards, aligned with industry best practices, to safeguard human health and protect the environment.
2. Effective Health and Safety Management:
       Designing, operating, and managing our business to demonstrate effective health and safety management, promote pollution prevention, and optimize energy conservation and efficiency.
3. Roles, Responsibilities, and Training:
       Assigning clear roles and responsibilities for all employees, providing necessary training, and emphasizing the belief that health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management is everyone’s responsibility. We empower all employees to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
4. Setting HSE Goals and Targets:
       Setting appropriate health, safety, and environmental (HSE) goals and      targets in alignment with The Audit Group's strategic vision, mission, and objectives. We will provide adequate resources to achieve these goals through dedicated HSE programs.
5. Encouraging Effective Communication:
       Encouraging and strengthening communication within The Audit Group     and with our suppliers, business partners, and clients to implement this HSE policy and relevant HSE requirements, aimed at preventing and minimizing all types of incidents, occupational illnesses, and      environmental pollution.
6. Recognizing Good HSE Performance:
       Recognizing good HSE performance as a core value and promoting a positive HSE culture. This ensures that we support sustainable development and drive long-term business success.
7. Ongoing Evaluation and Improvement:
       Continuously evaluating and monitoring our HSE performance, investigating and learning from incidents, and responding proactively. This will be done through periodic management reviews to improve the HSE policy, its management system, its implementation, and overall HSE performance.

This Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Policy is communicated and understood throughout The Audit Group. It is reviewed regularly by management to ensure its continuing relevance and suitability.

• Top Management is accountable for communicating and ensuring compliance with this HSE policy.
• Line Management and Staff are responsible for the implementation of this policy and are accountable for their respective HSE performance.
